In mixing bowl, add 2 cup of Whole Wheat flour (Atta), ½ cup of Semolina (Rava), ¼ cup of Curd (Dahi), ¾ tsp of Baking Powder, ½ tsp of Carom Seeds (Ajwain), ½ tsp of Salt, 3 tablespoon of melted desi Ghee and mix well.
Add warm Water as required to knead the tight dough.
Cover the dough and rest for 60 mins.
After 60 mins take one small portion of the dough ball sized and make all the Batis.
Put the Bati on preheated Appe tawa, bake and roast on low flame for 12 mins.
Then flip over the Batis and again roast on low flame for 12 mins from other side.
When Bati is baked completely, immediately dip in melted desi Ghee.
